Mr Clarkson asked why a move to Birkenhead was included in Mr Skemptons proof of evidence and whether a move there was in the KEIOC constitution. Mr Skempton said it was unacceptable to KEIOC but preferred to Kirkby.Mr Skempton said he disagreed that in order to redevelop Goodison Park, the exiting footprint would have to be vastly expanded. He said his experience was in design and Mr Keirles was in stadium fit-out.Mr Clarkson asked about his experience of stadium design.
