He has a natural instinct for scoring. You see it indefenders as well - those players who have an instinct for alwaysbeing in the right position. Some defenders have a habit of gettingin the way of the ball; shots go in and you wonder where they havecome from. It's a good habit to have if you are a front player- to score every week, and one that we would like more and moreof. From the experience that I have had in the development of Fifa 16 Coins  young players, you can't have too many front players.


Severalyoung players that came here and came through actually came to usas front players when they were younger - Leon Osman, Tony Hibbert,before that David Unsworth and Steve McMahon were all front playerswho found positions elsewhere. Even someone like Wayne, who many wouldn't say is anout and out front player now, he is dropping deeper. It is the first time since I have been here that we havespent a bit of money on a young player. I hope the supporters givehim time, I hope they don't put pressure on him.

We want our club to be right up there battling witheverybody in the Academy and right throughout the club, but it is abig ask for a boy to come out of Oldham straight into massiveexpectations. I am sure mentally he can cope with it, but it is alittle unfair to put too much pressure on him too early. He is a young boy who has got a potential and that is whatwe are paying for. He is not a player we are spending four or fivemillion on Buy Fifa 16 Coins  who will go straight in the first team. We have signedhim for his potential.
